On February 15, 2018, the Industrial Promotion Center Region 7 Ubon Ratchathani, together with the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP) and the Ministry of Industry, established an Industrial Transformation Center. The official opening ceremony was presided over by the Deputy Minister of Industry, Mr. Somchai Harnhirun.

On this occasion, Toyo Seikan (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was honored by the Thai Packaging Association (TPA) to participate in showcasing standard packaging to the Deputy Minister and business operators from Ubon Ratchathani and nearby provinces.
